Montco Man Attacks Mother During Custody Exchange: Cops
The man began beating her and pulling her hair during the exchange, which took place in a police station parking lot, authorities said.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — A man attacked the mother of his children during a custody exchange that took place in a police station parking lot in Montgomery County, authorities said.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, Dec. 11, at the Lower Pottsgrove Township Department's lot. The victim had agreed to meet the father, Josh Angelucci, at the station, presumably a safe place for a custody exchange.
Surveillance video captured Angelluci, 39, having a brief conversation with the victim, while their two young children were there, police said.

However, Angelluci soon began punching and shoving the woman, and pulling her hair, according to authorities.
The children ran into the police station to get help, and officers in the station ran out to intervene.

Angelluci was immediately arrested an charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and harassment. He was taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility and bail was set at $50,000, which he did not post.
An ambulance was called to the police station to provide medical care.
A preliminary hearing for Angelluci is forthcoming.
