"They say timing is everything and we tend to agree… especially when it comes to life, perfect noodles and 6 minute ramen eggs," the restaurant's website reads. "So we were pretty excited when 2 worlds collided on a warm, fateful Saturday afternoon in the small village of Birchrunville, to bring all these things together...Serious about our crafts, cooking and hospitality, we cannot wait to share our passion for both with you."
While the space is still being remodeled, they're optimistic things will open up soon.
