North Coventry Man Hit By Car While Carrying TV To Dumpster
A car was pulling into the parking lot and did not see the victim due to the sun glare.
NORTH COVENTRY, PA — A man was hospitalized after being struck by a car in North Coventry while carrying a television to a dumpster.
The incident occurred on Feb. 17 just before 5 p.m. at the Valley View Apartment Complex, located on the 600 block of W. Schuylkill Road.
A car was pulling into the parking lot and did not see the victim due to the sun glare, accidentally striking the man, police said.

The victim suffered injuries to his head and hips, according to police. He was taken by Goodwill Ambulance to Reading Hospital, where he was treated with non life-threatening injuries.
No charges were filed.
