Obituary: Richard S. Royce, 60

Richard S. Royce, 60, died in his Pottstown home on October 21, 2013. He is survived by his wife, children and grandchildren. He used his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology to help patients at Pottstown Hospital and Eagleville Hospital, both in PA.
