Pottstown Halloween Parade Postponed
Weather may not affect trick or treating on Saturday, but it's disrupting plans during the week.
The Pottstown Halloween Parade has been postponed due to impending weather on Wednesday.
There is a 90 to 100 percent chance of rain from noon until around midnight.
The parade will now be held on Thursday, October 29, at 7 p.m. on High Street at the Goodwill Fire Company.
