Pottstown School District Holding Job Info Event Thursday

Pottstown SD Superintendent Stephen Rodriquez will host a virtual town hall event focused on questions about jobs in schools.

POTTSTOWN, PA — Pottstown School District is ready to answer questions about what it takes to get a job in its schools, in a town hall event this week.

PSD Superintendent Stephen Rodriguez will host the event on Thursday afternoon. A virtual meeting begins at 3 p.m. on Zoom. An in-person meeting will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the School District's Administration Building at 230 Beech Street in Pottstown, the District said.

Attendees will hear from local employees who will share their perspectives on what it takes to successfully work with young people and why they love working in Pottstown School District schools, a news release from the District said.

The District said the event will help interested persons find out about open positions, requirements, and the application process.

The 3 p.m. virtual Zoom meeting will be live-streamed to the Pottstown School District Facebook page or a Zoom meeting link can be requested here.
