Pottstown Students Raise $650 For AHA
Lincoln Elementary students participated in the American Heart Association's annual Jump-A-Thon.

Students from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade took part in the annual Jump-A-Thon for the AHA.
After securing sponsors, the students jumped rope during their physical education classes.Â

Their efforts raised over $650 which will be used to help support heart research.Â
Top fundraisers were: Aaliyah Gourzon, third grade and Elizabeth Biehl, pre-kindergarten.
The activity taught the students to improve their physical health and raise money to help people who suffer from various types of heart disease, Thompson said.
