Prosecutors Want Pottstown's Ingle Defense Lawyer Removed In Murder Case

The Delaware County District Attorney's Office took the unusual step Wednesday of asking a judge to remove a defense lawyer from a murder case.

The prosecutors' petition alleges that attorney John Kusturiss has a conflict in representing defendant Parth Ingle because Kusturiss' son, Gordon, is Ingle's best friend and may be called to testify.

Ingle, 24, of Pottstown, is in jail on charges of slaying his father, Arunkumar, 55, who was found stabbed and beaten in the family's Middletown Township home in 2008.
