QNB Announces Retirement, New CEO

Thomas J. Bisko, chief executive officer of QNB Corp., parent company of QNB Bank, announced his retirement to follow at the end of this year.

The company's Board of Directors selected David W. Freeman, current president and chief operating officer, to succeed Bisko as CEO.

Freeman joined QNB in 2010 as president and COO. His 30-plus years of banking experience includes service with Drovers Bank Division of Fulton Bank in York, PNC Bank in Pittsburgh, Chase Bank of Ohio and Huntington National Bank in Columbus, Ohio.

QNB Bank offers commercial and retail banking services in Bucks, Montgomery and Lehigh counties.
