Ricca Fails To File Financial Statement

A suspended Montgomery County prosecutor, who had headed a special disposition program for first time offenders of nonviolent crimes, failed to file a statement of financial interests with the county election board.

No such document was located for Assistant District Attorney Karen Ricca in a review Monday of more than 150 statements covering activities in 2011.

The document lists the employee’s position, direct or indirect sources of income, real estate interests, creditors, gifts having a combined value of $250 or more for the filing year, payments for lodging, transportation or hospitality in excess of a combined $650, other employment and any financial interests in for-profit businesses.
