Three Suspects in Custody After Lower Pottsgrove Bank Robbery

Two Lower Merion-area colleges, Villanova University and Rosemont College, were placed on lockdown as police searched for a bank robbery suspect in the area on Wednesday. 

Four armed men robbed the National Penn Bank on East High Street in Lower Pottsgrove before 3 p.m. and fled, according to a story on Ardmore-Merion-Wynnewood Patch.

Radnor and Lower Merion Police apprehended three of the four suspects and police are still searching for the fourth man, described as a heavyset black male who may be armed.
