Wicked Effects To Host Northeast Rod & Custom Car Show
Boyertown-based Wicked Effects is the host car club for a show in Oaks this weekend.

The 2nd Annual 2012 Northeast Rod & Custom Car Show will be held at the Philly Expo Center In Oaks from March 23 through 25 at the following times:
• 2 to 11 p.m. Fri.; 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sat. and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sun.

The event will include over 300 vehicles, numerous vendors, celebrities, displays and events such as an airbrush face-off.Â
The show will also feature a range of cars including everyday local vehicles and national, million dollar models, said Andrew Bealer, owner and president of Boyertown-based Wicked Effects Car Club.

Wicked Effects, which is in its fifth year, raises money for charities including children with cancer, and supports community groups such as Cub Scouts.
Bealer thanked Wicked Effects members for their hard work on a variety of projects including the Northeast Road & Custom Car Show.
"We are the host club," Bealer said. "It means the world to us."
The event will also include members of Operation Homefront, Bealer said.Â
"We're always behind our troops one-hundred percent," he said.

Details:
Tickets cost $15 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 to 12 and are free for children under 6.
Military members with identification will receive a $5 discount.
Family Day will be held March 23 - children 12 years and under will be admitted for free with a paying adult.
