'Wish List' Bandits Taken in by West Pottsgrove Police

Two from New York are being charged by West Pottsgrove police after attempted to use fake cards at Upland Square Shopping Center.

They were making a list, and checking it twice. Unfortunately, it seems they were "naughty," instead of nice.

Jarret A. Baion, 27, and Jaime M. Louissant, 23, both of New York, were taken into custody by West Pottsgrove Police, according to the Pottstown Mercury. The duo had on them a three-page "wish list" of items they hoped to buy, naming each store they planned on hitting, along with fake credit cards, fake gift cards and “several thousand dollars worth of merchandise,”  West Pottsgrove Police Chief Earl Swavely told the Mercury.

The pair was picked up at Upland Square Shopping Center, after a card was declined at Best Buy when they tried to buy an iPad and case worth over $700, police said, before moving onto Target. The two reportedly face nine counts of access device fraud, 10 counts of identity theft, nine counts of forgery and one count of conspiracy, according to the Mercury. Bail for each was set at $100,000 cash, but neither posted it and both were sent to Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
