Woman Shot Late Sunday In Lower Pottsgrove
One man was arrested, and the gun used in the shooting was found at the scene, police said.
LOWER POTTSGROVE, PA — One woman was injured late Sunday when her husband shot her in Lower Pottsgrove, according to a report from ABC 6.
In a release, police said officers were called to a home in the 2400 block of Donna Lane in Lower Pottsgrove just before 11 p.m. Sunday.
When officers arrived, they found a 58-year-old woman had been shot once inside the home.
Police said she was treated on the scene and taken to Reading Hospital by ambulance. Her condition is unknown as of Monday morning.

One suspect was arrested at the scene. Police said the gun used in the shooting was also found at the scene.
The suspect was taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility.

ABC 6 reports the shooter was the woman’s husband. Neither the man nor the woman’s identities have been released as of writing.
