The juror of the exhibition, Barbara Zucker, is a fine artist from Schwenksville, Pa. and a Philadelphia Water Color Society member. She has a bachelor’s degree from Ursinus College and a master’s degree from the Tyler School of Art, Temple University. She also studied at L’Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence, Italy, and apprenticed with painter Richard Callner.

She is currently the Gallery Coordinator at the Community Music School, Trappe, Pa.

When judging the artwork, Barbara stated: “In very general terms, I would say that the award-winning artists all had mastery of their various techniques and the compositional structures they used were out of the ordinary.  Furthermore, in general the works expressed a very personal point of view with an interesting--though often ambiguous and mysterious--story or message.”
