22 Condos Proposed On E. Lancaster Ave, Report Says
Plans for the project include one and two bedroom units in two buildings, according to a report.
Brehman Builders + Design has proposed a 22-unit condominium development on East Lancaster Avenue in Wayne, at the current site of Radnor Family Practice, according to MainLineMediaNews.com.
Plans for the project, which will include one and two bedroom units in two buildings, have recently gone before the Radnor Township Planning Commission, the report said.
Developer Scott Brehman, a partner in Main Line reBuild and Main Line Adapt, has received accolades for previous projects, including the Go For the Green Award from Lower Merion Township, the report said.
