Previously listed for $6.9 million,  Philly native and actor Will Smith was said to have rented this house while filming in the area last March.

Phillymag.com is reporting that there is fast-settle incentive for this property — a two-year lease of a Bentley Continental GT convertible.

This property is not the only one on the block for which real estate agents have used creative measures. A mansion originally for sale for $7.695 million sold for more than $3 million less at an auction in April.
