Ardrossan Farms, bordered by Newtown Road and Darby Paoli Road, is at this point considered private property. At the specific request of the Ardrossan Farms Homeowners Association, please be advised that the HOA has made the decision to keep the property private. Non-HOA members may not access the private property.
At the additional request of the Ardrossan Farms HOA, Radnor Police Department has been assisting the private community with a detail officer to monitor the property.

Please see the map which highlights the private roads and entrances to Ardrossan Farms off of Newtown Road. These highlighted areas are not dedicated roads and no public access is permitted at this time.
In an effort to keep the community informed, we felt it necessary to clarify that the Ardrossan Estate is private and not open to the public. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please call the Radnor Police Department at any time. Stay safe and healthy, Radnor!
