PA's Most Expensive Zip Codes: Villanova, Wayne

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – A new study from a real estate data firm laid out the most expensive zip codes in Pennsylvania and unsurprisingly, the Main Line has some pricey homes. So where did Villanova and Wayne fall on the list?

Well first let's make clear how the ranks were compiled.

Real estate data firm Property Shark created the list based off of the median price of homes sold over the past year, from June 2016 to July 2017.

Villanova was listed as the most expensive zip code (19085) in the state with a median home price of $1,046,925. Meanwhile, Wayne (19087) was ranked the 15th most expensive with a media price of $455,000.

The top 22 spots on the list are all from the five-county Philadelphia area, as are 49 of the top 50.
