Penn Health Details Radnor Development Plans

The University of Pennsylvania Health System has begun detailing plans for its large medical facility off King of Prussia Road in Radnor.

According to Philadelphia Business Journal Penn Health, which purchased the site earlier this year, is planning to build a 250,000 square-foot medical facility. That will only take up about half the property; the system plans to find a development partner for the other half, to build hotels or offices.

The plans are preliminary and have not yet been submitted to Radnor Township.
