2 Sought In East Germantown Shooting That Hurt 6
Two men are wanted in connection with a shooting that left at least six people suffering from gunshot wounds in East Germantown recently.
PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are asking for help identifying two men who shot at a group of people, injuring six, in East Germantown recently.
The shooting occurred at 11:54 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 4 on the 700 block of East Chelten Avenue in East Germantown.
Officers found at least six people suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victims were taken to hospitals for treatment; their conditions are unknown.
A camera in the area captured two men coming from the 5600 block of McMahon Street, walk through a breezeway leading to the 700 block of East Chelten Avenue.

The men then pulled out handguns and fired at the victims multiple times.
Police said the men then ran from the area on McMahon Street toward Woodlawn Street.
One suspect was described as a black man of an unknown age with a medium build who was wearing a dark hooded jacket, dark pants, dark Nike brand sneakers and was armed with a semi-automatic handgun with an extended magazine.
The other suspect was described as a black male of an unknown age with a medium build who was wearing a dark hooded jacket, possible dark shorts with a white stripe over top of dark leggings, dark sneakers and armed with a semi-automatic handgun.
