The most expensive real estate listing in Philadelphia history has been sold.
The luxurious penthouse suite in the 500 Walnut tower, from developer Tom Scannapieco, was once tied to Beyonce and Jay-Z, according to a Philly.com report.
Those rumors turned out to be false, but this time, the real buyer has remained unnamed, the report states.

500 Walnut overlooks Independence Square and provides a wide variety of state of the art amenities to residents, according to its website:
This is city living with the luxury of spaciousness. But these extraordinary 2,700 to 4,300+ square foot homes don’t stop there. Each offers at least three bedrooms, a vented gas fireplace, huge private balconies, 10- to 11-foot ceilings and breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows that seem to intensify the views.
Plus, with only one or two units per floor and nonstop elevators, your privacy is never in doubt.
