A Little Dressing With That Salad?

We recently popped in on Sean Delbello, owner of Il Tartufo restaurant in Manayunk, as the chef prepared his own, homemade Ceasar dressing.

Since the dressing is Delbello's own receipe, we'll keep its contents a secret.

Still, we had to show you the business owner hard at work. Pictured, Delbello, left, gets a little assistance from an employee who pours olive oil into the mixing bowl. The rest of the ingredients went in soon after.
