ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA – A cat that went missing from his Roxborough home has been reunited with his owner.
Itsy, a 12-year-old Bengal cat, got out of his home at Pechin and Markle streets in Roxborough.
Luckily, he was reunited with his owner thanks to keen-eyed residents.
