When we saw the Philadelphia Parking Authority vehicle parked at the corner of Main and Cotton streets last week, our eyes perked up.
The man from the PPA's Sign and Pole Installation division was removing one of those hated parking signs in front of Bryn Mawr Running Co.
But alas, the employee, who will remain nameless as per authority protocol, was merely replacing the worn sign with a new one containing the same restrictions.
