If you live in the Roxborough and Manayunk area, you know how important Wissahickon Valley and Forbidden Drive are to many residents.
The Friends of the Wissahickon are aiming to use that enthusiasm to help Forbidden Drive get named Pennsylvania's Trail of the Year.
The PA Trails Advisory Committee will determine the final winner, and FOW has created a template for locals to help the Wissahickon gain state-wide recognition.
