Kelly Drive Closed By Flooding: Reports
Heavy rains led to flooding on a portion of Kelly Drive, which led officials to close that part of the road Tuesday morning.
PHILADELPHIA – Heavy rains that hit the Philadelphia area overnight Monday into Tuesday led to flooding that closed Kelly Drive Tuesday morning.
CBS Philadelphia reports Kelly is closed at Strawberry Mansion Drive in both directions.
According to Action News, Montgomery Drive is also closed due to flooding.
