Manayunk Bridge Opening Less Than a Month Away

The official opening of the Manayunk Bridge- which will connect Cynwyd Heritage Trail and Main Street Manayunk- is scheduled for October 30, Lower Merion Township announced.

A ribbon-cutting event will take place at 11 a.m. on the 30th, which is just over a year since the groundbreaking.

The Manayunk Bridge, built nearly a hundred years ago, has sat unused since the 1980s.
