Moms Council Member Dawn Wanner had this to say:
“ShopRite, hands-down! I’ve been comparing prices for a while now, and ShopRite just can’t be beat as far as grocery stores in the area.
Moms Council Member Carol Haslam couldn’t agree more:
“Without a doubt, ShopRite. That’s an easy one!”
Moms Council Member M.J. Czerpak offered this advice:
“B.J.’s. Without a doubt. They take their own coupons as well as manufacturer’s coupons. To supplement, I pick up the remainder of my list from ShopRite.”
Local mom Abigail Bullard offered these thoughts:
“I think there are two kinds of shoppers out there–the one-stop-shoppers, and the bargain hunters. For the one-stop shoppers, I head to ShopRite on Ridge with my Price Plus Card and get good deals on everything from meat to frozen foods. If you're a bargain hunter, I would suggest getting your produce at Produce Junction on Bryn Mawr Avenue, off City Ave. The prices cannot be beat, and I find that when I buy produce in bulk, I am more likely to use it in place of non-healthy snacks for myself and my kids.”
