Philly-To-London Flight Grounded In Boston Due To Cabin Odor
Passengers aboard the American Airlines flight to London reported the smell was akin to burning and dirty feet.

PHILADELPHIA — A London-bound American Airlines flight from Philadelphia had to land in Boston due to an odor in the cabin Sunday, according to officials and news reports.
American Airlines officials said flight 728 with 154 passengers and a crew of 12 landed in Boston at 11: 48 p.m. Sunday, July 28, about an hour and a half after taking off from Philadelphia.
One passenger told Action News the odor was similar to dirty feet.

Another passenger told CBS that the smell was akin to a burning odor.
According to the Philly Voice, passengers were given overnight accommodations in Boston and are scheduled fly to London Monday.

Eight crew members were taken area hospitals for evaluation.
