Mayor Nutter has closed all city public and Catholic schools on Wednesday.
After Mayor Nutter declared a snow emergency Tuesday, all public and Catholic schools in Philadelphia will be closed Wednesday after snowstorm dropped a blanket of snow on the city Tuesday.
