While members are being accepted, the opening date has not been set.
Insurance issues halted the planned October 2017 reopening following the park's closure due to undisclosed incident in September 2017.
A reopening was set for mid October last year after officials closed the park due to an incident that was not given much detail in September 2017.
In the wake of the incident, officials decided to make the park members only, offering various ways to pay for membership.
Officials said members will be given a code for the lock to enter the park and giving the code to non-members can lead to memberships being revoked.
