Pittsburgh Literacy Group Rolls in Story Mobile
Reading is FUNdamental Pittsburgh teamed up with Citizen's Bank to boost a love of reading for local, low-income kids.

The Story Mobile from Reading is FUNdamental Pittsburgh, rolled in during Citizens Bank’s celebration on Monday, November 3.
Nearly two-thirds of low-income families do not own any books for their children. Reading Is FUNdamental addresses this critical need.
Reading is FUNdamental was named a Champion in Action by Citizens Bank for giving children from low-income neighborhoods free access to books and motivating them to develop a love of reading. RIF Pittsburgh is using the $35,000 Champions in Action grant to buy books and support 49 sites where there are high percentages of children from low-income households.
