Here's what's going on Wednesday in and around Salisbury Townhip:
- The Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashanah begins at sundown Wednesday.
- Rockers Stone Temple Pilots with Chester Bennington visit the Sands Bethlehem Event Center at 8 p.m. Wednesday. Bennington, formerly of Linkin Park, became the lead singer this year after long time lead singer Scott Weiland got kicked out of the band. General admission tickets are $40.50 or four for $120. Reserved seats are $75. Luxury seats are $95.
- The South Mall is holding a craft and collectibles show starting Wednesday and running through Sunday. Browse through a variety of handmade crafts and gifts created by local artisans.
- Kindergarten through eighth grade students return to classes at The Swain School, located on S. 24 Street in Salisbury Township.
- The Salisbury Youth Soccer Association will hold games at 5 p.m. at the Harry S. Truman School field.
