Chesterbrook Academy Campers Donate $450 to Alex’s Lemonade Stand

Students sold lemonade and held a basket raffle to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer

Summer campers at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Catasauqua recently raised more than $450 to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research, supporting families and raising awareness to help cure childhood cancer. To raise money for the organization, campers hosted a lemonade stand and basket raffle for fellow campers, families, staff and teachers. Through this initiative, campers learned the importance of helping children in need.
