IronPigs Mascot Ferrous and Friend Thank Kratzer School

IronPigs mascot friend cites Kratzer Elementary School students for being exceptionally well-behaved and the teachers for the love they showed.

IronPigs mascot Ferrous recently visited Kratzer Elementary School for an assembly and sent the students the following letter via Parkland High School graduate Ben Youngerman:

Hello Christine!

Thank you so much for having us at Kratzer Elementary School yesterday!
As the "close, personal friend" of FeRROUS ;) I had a fantastic time
with your kids.

I have been a mascot since 2006 at the college and professional level.
So I have done many school assemblies like yours...but yesterday was
something very special and by far the best school event I have
performed at. Your kids were exceptionally well-behaved, the event
was run smoothly and the love your teachers showed for the students
was incredible. The flash mob was proof of that.

As a 2005 Parkland grad, I'm happy to see you bringing up the next
generation of Trojans in such a fun and positive way.

Keep up the great work and I look forward to partying with you all
again soon!

Ben Youngerman
