Local Student Graduates from Haverford College

Kaelyn Anderson, of South Whitehall, graduated with a bachelor's degree from Haverford College.

She is the daughter of Kenneth and Deborah Anderson and a graduate of Parkland High School.

Anderson received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics during commencement ceremonies on May 19 at the college.

Anderson’s senior thesis, the culmination of the Haverford academic experience, is entitled, “The Chromatic Number of Product Graphs."

While studying at Haverford, Anderson was a member of the Microfinance Consulting Club.  She worked as a research assistant for mathematics professor Joshua Sabloff and studied abroad through the Budapest Semesters in Mathematics program.
