Nor'easter Will Bring Heavy Rain: Your Tuesday

Also, daytime parent-teacher conferences, early dismissal at middle schools; early dismissal at elementary schools.

The good news is that we shouldn’t have much ice or snow to worry about. The bad news is that we are still in for some nasty weather today into Wednesday.

The Nor’easter that everyone has been talking about since last week will hit us by mid-day today, with a possibility of some snowflakes to start. However, by 3 p.m., whatever is falling should all be rain, according to the National Weather Service.

But the bad news, again, is that this rain could be very heavy. We might see an inch or two of rain today and Wednesday, forecasters say. Localized flooding is a possibility.
