Parkland, St. Joseph the Worker Schools on 2-Hour Delay Wednesday

The Parkland School District will have a two-hour delayed opening Wednesday because of the weather, according to the district website. 

Kindergarten will follow a modified schedule.

St. Joseph the Worker School in Orefield also will have a two-hour delay, according to wfmz.com.

The National Weather Service says Wednesday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 22. But because of the wind chill, it could feel as cold as 9 degrees below zero.
