Paychex Lease Could Mean 250 Jobs

Paychex, Inc., a nationally known payroll and human resource service company, will lease space at Winchester Plaza in South Whitehall Township, according to a press release issued by NAI Summit, which handled the deal.

Paychex signed a six-year agreement to lease 18,000 square feet of office space in the building at 1550 Pond Road.

In January, CreditSafe USA, a Netherlands-based company that supplies online business credit information, opened its North American headquarters in Winchester Plaza. The company plans to eventually create 250 jobs.

Winchester Plaza was recently sold to 1550 Pond Road L.P., according to NAI Summit.

The building has a total of 145,000 square feet of office space.
