South Whitehall Police Investigate Alleged Sexual Assault, Thefts, Kids Throwing Eggs

The following crimes were reported by South Whitehall Police between Dec 7 - 13. 

• On Dec. 13 at 9:53 p.m. police searched a car at Hamilton Blvd. and Lincoln Street.
• On Dec. 13 at 11 a.m. police report $52 cash was stolen from someone at Parkland High School.
• On Dec. 12 at 9:30 a.m. police report a necklace was stolen from someone at Parkland High School.
• On Dec. 12 at 12:15 p.m. police report a case of alleged sexual assault by an employee at Trexler Park Manor. Police are still investigating.
• On Dec. 12 at 5:23 p.m. police say a person reported that they were grabbed by someone at Dorney Park in October but no charges were levied.
• On Dec. 12 at 10:36 a.m. police report kids were throwing eggs at Huckleberry and Mylinda streets. Police counseled and released them.
• On Dec. 12 at 7:53 a.m. a hit and run was reported by someone who said a car sideswiped them at Routes 309 and 22. No identifying information was given.
• On Dec. 11 police arrested Kimberly Anne Kopchak, 45, for possession of drug paraphernalia at Westfield Hospital.
• On Dec. 11 at 9 a.m. police report an iPod was stolen from someone at Parkland High School.
• On Dec. 10 at 4:36 p.m. police report a man was listed as a co-signer for a loan he was unaware of at 4041 Linden St.
• On Dec. 10 at 4:14 police report a case of harassment as houses were egged at 2049 Lawfer Ave.
• On Dec. 9 at 12:05 p.m. police report a roof rack was taken from a vehicle at 1940 W. Fairmont St.
• On Dec. 8 police report suspicious activity at 1872 Hemming Way from a resident reporting someone who claimed to be a vacuum cleaner sales person.
• On Dec. 8 at 2:10 a.m. a hit and run was reported at 2900 block of Albright Avenue.
• On Dec. 8 at 9:50 a.m. police report retail theft at Target. Merchandise was recovered.
• On Dec. 8 police report a laptop and credit card were stolen from a car at LA Fitness.
• On Dec. 7 at 11:30 a.m. police report $300 was stolen from a car at Outback Steakhouse.
• On Dec 7 at 11:46 a.m. police report disorderly conduct by an elderly male urinating in the parking lot at Coordinated Health facilities.
