South Whitehall Township: New Way To Pay Your Utility Bill!

Citizen Self Service is a portal that gives residents of South Whitehall Township the ability to pay utility bills by credit card. Once you create an account, you can link your Water, Sewer, and Refuse accounts, add bills to your cart, and check out by paying with credit card. You can pay multiple bills at once, up to $500 with a $2.95 fee per transaction. Additionally, in the portal you can view your utility usage by viewing a digital copy of your bill and opt in to receive your utility bills by email. You can access Citizen Self Service through the "I want to pay" page or at the link below.
