We asked you on Facebook what businesses you'd like to see in the area. Here are some of the most "liked" and unique responses.

SPRINGFIELD, PA — We asked and you answered.

What business would you like to see come to Springfield? We posed the question on Facebook recently and got some great, and very specific, answers.

Residents offered up a few different kinds of businesses.

One said a new cafe would be her ideal new business:

Another suggested a cafe as well:

Someone else chimed in suggesting a bakery would be welcome in Springfield:

But the comment with the most likes was a bit a a shot at township officials who denied plans for a new high school in late 2016:
