Authorities said she told police that she felt he was gradually moving his hands closer to her breasts during each examination.
During a March 8 visit with Cirio, the woman said he reached under her clothes and bra then felt both of her breasts while conducting a shoulder adjustment, the DA's office said.
The woman left Cirio's office and reported the incident to police that day.
