Delco High School Wins PennDOT 'Paint The Plow' Contest
Congratulations to Ridley High School for winning Judges Choice in PennDOT's winter safety awareness contest.

FOLSOM, PA — A Delaware County high school was named a winner in PennDOT's Philly region Paint the Plow contest.
Out of 13 entries from around the region, Ridley High School won Judge's Pick in the contest, as selected by a panel of PennDOT employees.
Owen J. Roberts High School won the Fan Favorite category. Their plow was chosen by getting the most votes online.

The winning plows were on display today at the new Bucks County Maintenance facility in Plumstead Township.
To help raise awareness about the importance of winter driving safety, PennDOT's District 6 held its Paint the Plow contest for the second consecutive year with 13 area high schools participating.

The safety theme this year was "Don’t Rush in Ice and Slush."
All entries in the Paint the Plow contest will be in service in their respective school’s communities during winter weather months to enhance public awareness, promote safety, and foster greater appreciation of both PennDOT and the school's art program.
