Members, however, have some new things to get used to.

All those coming to the YMCA locations will have contactless temperature checks upon entry and are urged to wear masks. There will also be health screening questions asked upon entry.

Social distancing is required, and the YMCA is limiting capacities in some areas and limiting machine use to promote social distancing.

Members are asked to bring their own water bottles, as only bottle filling stations — no water fountains — will be available.

YMCA staff will also be disinfecting of high-touch surfaces and equipment regularly.

Those using pools are asked to come to the facilities in their swimming attire and to leave in the swimming attire. Locker room use and availability caries at each location, so members should contact their home facility for information.
