Former Springfield Wrestler, Father of 2 Dies

Mark Davies of Springfield passed away on St. Patick's Day (March 17) at age 29.

According to an obituary publilshed on Legacy.com he will be remembered for his love for his two daughters. The obituary says he was also passionate about what eventually became his profession.

"His special love besides his daughters was working on Mustangs and driving them. Because of this he attended and graduated the Automotive Training Center in Exton, Pa and then went to work for Springfield Ford. His last position was a Ground Support Equipment Supervisor for USAirways at Philadelphia International Airport."

Davies was a wrestler for Springfield High School and played in the Springfield Township Hockey League. You can read the full obituary on Legacy.com.
