Indecent Exposure Incident Under Investigation In Springfield

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Springfield Township are asking for help with an indecent exposure incident they are investigating.

According to police, the incident occurred at about 8 a.m. Thursday along the 1200 block of Baltimore Pike.

A Lincoln vehicle pulled up next to the victim's vehicle while on Baltimore Pike, police said.

The Lincoln's driver rolled down his window and caught the victim's attention, police said.

The victim then noticed the driver's penis was exposed, according to police.

Police said the driver was described as a heavy set black man with facial hair. The Lincoln has front-end damage, police said.
