The successful lottery last week came after struggles that shut down the SEPTA websiteduring the first attempted sale.

About 54,000 customers visited the site within the first minute that it opened. The traffic was too much for the site to handle, SEPTA said.

SEPTA has made massive changes to their schedule and operations during the World Meeting of Families and the weekend of the Pope’s visit. For more information about rail schedules, please see their website.
