Rosanne Graham Retires as Administrator of Little Flower Manor

Recognized for a Successful 27-year Career with the Organization

Little Flower Manor, a Catholic skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Darby, Pennsylvania, has announced the retirement of long-time administrator Rosanne Graham after 27 years of service to the organization. Graham continues to serve as a member of the Little Flower Manor Board of Directors. Assuming the role of Administrator is Rosemary Port, R.N., a 22-year employee who previously served as Director of Nursing.

“We are grateful for the leadership Rosanne has provided Little Flower Manor over the years,” said Sister M. Alojziana Spisakova, S.D.R, Regional Superior of the Sisters of the Divine Redeemer. “With her guidance, Little Flower has consistently received a 5 Star quality rating from Medicare and has been listed among the Best Nursing Homes by U.S. News & World Report,” she said.

In late 2017, Graham oversaw Little Flower’s successful affiliation with Holy Redeemer Health System, located in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. The agreement transferred the membership of the Sisters of the Divine Redeemer to Holy Redeemer Health System, assuring that Little Flower Manor remained Catholic and a non-profit facility. The organization’s religious orders share the same Foundress which uniquely align the two.

“Rosanne is the consummate professional and respected by colleagues, staff, residents and families. She will be missed, but we are pleased that she will continue her role on the board and in an advisory capacity with Holy Redeemer,” said Mike Laign, president and CEO of Holy Redeemer.

Graham began her career at Little Flower Manor in the activities department and transitioned to admissions before becoming administrator in 1997. She says working at Little Flower Manor was not a job, it was a calling. “I have loved the camaraderie of being with a wonderful group of people on a daily basis,” she said. “The people are the heart and soul of Little Flower Manor.”
